I'm a two-time Emmy-Nominated journalist, producer, and television host. I received critical acclaim for my work with Access Hollywood and COMPLEX, and you can catch me on-air over at QVC. I'm the Founder/CEO of HybridHouse Productions, where I'm actively developing scripted television and film projects. Within HybridHouse you'll find Spurr, where I host my life coaching practice, Ready...Set..Go. Monday morning newsletter, and non-boring personal development workshops. 

My superpower is equipping, encouraging, & emboldening students and young professionals in befriending uncertainty to decrease stress and actively create
their best lives.

More fun facts? I'm a Meisner trained actor, a graduate of the Baron Brown Studio 2-year intensive program in Los Angeles. I've interviewed everyone from Oprah to Tom Cruise, Morgan Freeman, Julia Roberts, Justin Bieber, Hermione-- err, Emma Watson, Zendaya, Elton John, all the Ryans, all the Jennifers, all the Chrises, Reese Witherspoon, George Clooney, Ava DuVernay, Will Smith... I could go on or you could watch my reel.

I've covered events ranging from Presidential Debates to the James Beard Awards. I work with big brands, like hosting Chase Sapphire's Sundance Film Festival experience.

I call myself a ‘hybrid’ in many ways: I'm biracial, I'm a girl with a boy name, I'm an artist with an executive’s mind, I'm a former college cheerleader who was in marching band, and I'm an introverted bookworm who also does red carpets. It's called range, people.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Media & Society, an individually designed interdisciplinary program, from Vanderbilt University in Nashville. Go 'Dores. I was born and raised in St. Louis. Go Cards. I'm an Enneagram 3, an XNFJ, and a Slytherin if you're into such things.
